We use it to book dinners pretty frequently and have never had problems. Be aware, the "special comments/requests" section sometimes gets ignored, and/or the restaurant may not be able to fulfill a request there but also not be able to tell you about it*. Other than that it's great. Going for the 1000-point dining specials adds up fast if you want to get discount meals and things using the points. *For example, my wife's restaurant often gets requests for reservations on the patio, but they don't take reservations on the patio.
