desiallstar Posted August 20, 2011 Report Share Posted August 20, 2011 What is the optimal length for a personal statement, I am currently under the character count however I've talked to some older med students and they recommend keeping everything under a single page as ADCOM doesn't read past the initial page, however I've also read some other pre med sites where they state that its fine to get as close to the character count as possible, just interested in what the premed101 consensus is on this topic?
