I understand that the Supplemental Information Form mentions that activity descriptions should be entered in point form (as they are "easier to peruse"). I used bullets at first, but when I selected the "Print Form" icon at the top right corner of the application, I noticed the format was messed up. Perhaps I should right the activity descriptions in point-form sentences as opposed to bullets? What did everyone else do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
