Does it matter where I do my undergrad??

Recommended Posts

I just started my undergrad at university of montreal, a french school, even though I had also been accepted at mcgill. I hear that Mcgill is much harder for getting good grades, so I decided to go to UofM because I thought that the american schools would prefer the better grades. Was I wrong to do this? Do they prefer better schools such as McGill during the admission process? If so, should I transfer?

Thanks for your input!
