BIG_HOPES
Hi everyone, I am considering applying for the PA program @ manitoba. I am a BSC graduate student with a cumulative gpa of 3.17 (higher in the final years). I do not have any direct patient experience but have been working in clinics as administrative support for a long time. Also, I do not have the anatomy requirement but the admissions people said that if I can enrol in the course, they will still consider my application. What are my chances for this program? Is it true that this program prefers people who are already in the health care field? I don't want to waste my money on applications if my chances are slim but I do really want to get in this program . Any feedback on this program will be super helpful
BIG_HOPES
Also, what if I want to attend medical school after this program or after working as a PA for a bit? Do you think this program would make my application stronger for medical school? I am not doing this program just to get into medical school but I do want that option available to me in case I want to pursue medicine later on.
