Lactic Folly Posted November 20, 2011 Report Share Posted November 20, 2011 Maybe moo knows differently, but the transfers I've seen have occurred either when someone else has transferred out of one's desired program, or when a program does not fill and has extra spaces, or when a program likes someone enough to offer them a spot and take one away from next year's cohort. I don't think transferring is that easy, and I wouldn't rank FM as 2nd choice unless it was truly one's 2nd choice or one absolutely had to be in a particular location.
