Just focus on getting through 3rd or 4th year right now and enjoying your undergrad:) . As for the interviews at Ottawa they are about yourself and the CV you submitted to OMSAS. I had spoke with the office before the new year and: Interview Notifications will be sent January 31st (via snail mail) Interviews will be scheduled to take place between February 29th and March 30th. Hope this helps! They're sending the notifications out by mail? Last year they sent them through email. Are you sure they're not sending out email notifications?
