I am in med school. During my first semester of undergrad, I had two Bs and it did not affect the outcome of achieving my goal. I learned to work hard and remain motivated to my goal with every course I took; and this worked! So, do not panic, study smart for you. Time management and stress management are very important! Je connais quelqu'un qui n'avait pas de si bonnes notes à sa première session d'université (autour de 3.4-3.5 je pense), mais elle a travaillé fort ensuite, a réussis à augmenter sa moyenne et a été admise. Donc oui c'est possible d'être admis même avec un/des B =)
