Recommendation Letters

Hi guys,

Not sure if this has been asked before since I'm not a regular on here, but I always wonder how do people get 20+ recommendation letters to apply to 20+ different schools all over the globe? Professors must have a limit I'm sure...

And what about not getting in and wanting to apply again, do you ask those same professors to send the 20 or so letters out again? And since most schools need 3 letters generally, that's like 60 recommendation letters... am I missing something?

from what I know/have heard.. I think your refs send the letters to omsas and than omsas sends those letters to schools. so you really only need to ask for 3 letters.

it gets annoying when you are trying to apply for jobs because you have to bother your references every time you need a letter.
