m_d_hammond
Are there any current cycle MMTP applicants on the forum?
larva
Not this year, although I did apply and get rejected last year Is it safe to assume that you were selected for the program and are now waiting on schools? Good luck!

Good luck! You have to be accepted into med school before you can apply for the MOTP. This means you have to apply right after you get into medical school, because many schools offer admissions in early May and the MOTP selection is usually done in mid July. Best of luck. MMTP stands for Military Medical Training Plan and is only for people ALREADY IN THE MILITARY. It is very different from MOTP! And has a whole set of other requirements than the program you are talking about!
