UBCStudent128
I heard UBC is not looking at carving starting next year. I don't know how reliable that information is. But by looking at how people with 14,15 carving score got in this year, maybe it really is true..
UBCDent2016
It's true. UBC told us during the interview weekend that they won't be looking at carving next year. I suspect they may have started to give it less weight this year too.

I have DAT coming up in couple of days and maybe I shouldn't practice carving at all then...

uncooling
so do you think they didn't even look at the carving score this year as well?? I hihgly doubt that, I think there's a minimum score you need to get. but after that, who knows?

But I agree with zap_man, don't limit yourself! Besides, if you've already practiced and bought the soap, might as well right?

sm12
but can't we void our score?? Err no I don't believe so... Why would you want to? Canadian schools take your best DAT anyway and you can take it as many times as you want.
