It was a world of difference from CDA type interviews, if you've done any. They don't ask you standardized situational/behaviorals. They legitimately make a conversation with you about your life (i.e. stuff that you put in your personal statement). You walk in feeling nervous, but the second the conversation starts you'll realize it's a lot more chilled out than expected.
