Demetrios
Hello, I am enrolled (first year) at YorkU, and because of the threat of strike at York, summer classes may not be an option. I was looking at doing BIOL 2070 at York, because it will free up a lot of my time, but if there is a strike this of course will not be an option. Unfortunately I was not able to find an equivalent course at a Toronto university (but if anyone knows one please do tell). Anyways, I am looking to do organic chemistry at Ryerson or one of the UofT campuses (preferably UTSC), so I was wondering which would be the course equivalent of YorkU's CHEM 2020 at one of these schools? Thanks. P.S. The course should also have a lab component (as per med school requirements). Thanks again!

I know that McMaster does not accept their Orgo course. Yes I head about that, it's just that Ryerson has a few organic chemistry courses and I am not sure which I am supposed to take as an equivalent, and if I send in a letter of permission to York to take the Ryerson class it may take a few weeks to be processed, so I want to sign up for the right course the first time as it doesn't get rejected. I don't know what YorkU's CHEM 2020 is, but: Organic chemistry at Uoft, St. George would be CHM138 (Organic Chemistry I) and CHM247 (Organic Chemistry II) At UTSc, it's CHMB41H3 (Organic Chemistry I) and CHMB42H3 (Organic Chemistry II)
