How do Canadans calculate GPA and apply to US pharm schools through PharmCAS?

So, I get this is how to calculate gpa: http://www.pharmcas.org/applicants/gpa.htm

 

Ultimately, my pharmcas gpa would be exactly what my OMSAS gpa would be, because the scale is the same and every course I took is worth the same credit hours.

 

(I'd have a 2.74 cGPA by the way), but liek a 3.5 pre-req GPA..

 

Also, do canadians apply through pharmcas to US pharm schools?

 

With a 2.76 cGPA, what kind of PCAT score would I need for a good shot?
