simtim Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 my friend had that problem, I think he solved it by reading their internet broswer and program requirement. If you are using a mac make sure you are opening the MSFA form using adobe acrobat and not preview. Also, perhaps try using firefox instead of safari.
