cis_man
has anyone had computer problems when writing the mcat and did you report it to aamc?
Savac
The test center would definitely report something like this. Unfortunately sometimes these things happen, and you can't control them.
cis_man
I am writing a letter to aamc to tell them about the computer problem I had. What should I ask them to do regarding the computer problem? Can they give me a refund and void the test? The test center would definitely report something like this. Savac
You should have reported the problem when you were at your test center. I'm pretty sure that you can't void your test at any point in time after you've submitted it. I'm not sure what their policy is for refunds, but it seems unlikely if you didn't submit the proper documentation after your test. I hope everything works out for both of you.
