kreplach43
Hey everyone, I was just wondering: Is there strong emphasis on structured employment and volunteering experience? Or is it possible to use unstructured experience as well (e.g. tutoring on the side) similar to the OMSAS? THANKS!

Hey, There's no real score attributed to the volunteer/employment experience of applicants (unless they count for rural experience). So it shouldn't really matter. If there is a rural attribute for your application, they might take it to the admissions committee to decide whether something you listed is worth any points or not. Same goes for the academic coefficient. Best of luck.
