I was trying to convert my grades to Calgary's scale and they have an A- as a 3.7 on Calgary's website. York, however, has a 9 point scale where there is no A-. We have A(80-89) and A+(90+) which, on the 4.0 scale, have weights of 3.8 and 4.0. Calgary values an A at 3.9 on OMSAS though. Calgary itself says A's are 4.0.
