Guest epzi Posted March 5, 2004 Report Share Posted March 5, 2004 Basically manitoba doesn't differentiate between out of province and in province applicants during the interview period and therefore, the entire dentistry class could be consisting of oop applicants, in theory. But, the problem is that oop applicants only have one shot to get in ie. there is no oop waitlist like at U of S. So once the oop people who make it into the first round of acceptances decline their spot, the manitoba waitlist begins to move and more in province people get in.
