OzTREKK Posted April 15, 2013 Report Share Posted April 15, 2013 If you are talking about completing medical school in the US and then coming back to Canada, if you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and you complete an LCME accredited medical school in the US, you are considered in the Canadian Graduate match for CaRMS. If you are talking about completing a residency in the US and then coming back to Canada, there is a process, but you can come back as long as you meet all the conditions.
