dr-m-s
Is it true that third year applicant would need a higher GPA? Because the mac medschool website pays no attention to the amount of credits making the GPA. Also, if the VR is relatively high, >13, and the CASPer goes well, shouldn't the 3rd year applicant have equal consideration, or even more so? RiverCityJill
Being a third year applicant has no bearing on the competitiveness of your application. Based on the selection criteria Mac puts in the OMSAS guide, if you had exactly the same stats as a fourth year applicant, you would be equally competitive.
