kumz87
Hi guys, I am a Canadian studying abroad and I am applying for a Family Med residency in Canada in the 2014 CARMS match. I am trying to figure out which references to use and I hoping I can get some advice. I did my Family Med rotation in Canada, and both my rural and Urban preceptors are happy to write one. I also have asked two of my supervisors in Australia, one is a psychiatrist and the other Infectious diseases specialist, who have both agreed. Is it better to have a mix of backgrounds with my reference letters? For example, one in Fmed (Canadian), one in medicine subspeciality (Aus) and one in psychaitry? Thanks!
