For example, I received an NSERC USRA, and even though (I think) there was a lot of competition involved, I don't actually know how many other people applied (or even a ball park number) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It would be hard to estimate this number... but even if you can't find out from the department it's probably OK as adcoms know exactly what an NSERC USRA is...
