Questions regarding Nursing admission from HS student

Hey there, I am a recently graduated high school student that is going back for a fifth year and will be hoping to get in the nursing program soon. I have a few questions regarding how to get in and the job.

1) If it is asking for a low 80 average to get it, does that mean they will consider me at this average or I am accepted at this average?

2) Do they look at extra curriculars completed throughout high school?

 

I don't plan on doing undergrand for 2 years and then trying to gain admission to a '2nd entry' type program. I think this is much trouble.
