Comme résident en Ontario, je comprends que mes chances d'être accepté dans un programme MD au Québec ne sont pas forts mais j'avais une question à propos du statut de résidence; je suis originalement né à l'étranger et j'ai immigré au Québec et j'ai vécu au Québec pour quelques années avant de plus tard déménagé en Ontario. future_doc Posted September 18, 2013 Report Share Posted September 18, 2013 Well, you might be a resident of Quebec who just decided to go to university in ON but then you will have a Medicare Card. No doubt you have a Quebec student number. It is an issue of fact whether you are a Quebec resident or not. If a parent continues to live in Quebec, well then .............. however, if you came to Quebec alone, then moved and got an OHIP Card...You could apply as a Quebec resident, and see what happens.
