medstudent20132013
Hi guys, just to clarify the meaning of a clinical "elective" here? I'm an IMG and I know an elective that you choose and arrange to do yourself (e.g. a radiology elective for example), versus a rotation which is assigned to you by the medical school and not something you choose (e.g. pediatrics, obs/gyn, etc.). So for CaRMS under "Undergraduate Clinical Electives," do I only fill in the few electives I've done (which is like 2 or 3) or am I supposed to mention every clinical rotation I've done here? (peds, obs gyn, family med, etc.).
bloh
If you are an IMG I would probably mention those in the event the school is not sure about the curriculum. I would imagine not all of the schools have the standard 6 rotations.
