Phone interviews better?

Hola everyone,

 

I just had a phone interview applying to a Masters degree. Do you guys think it's better to have phone interviews than face to face ones? Why or why not?

 

Do you think it would be good to have this as part of the admission process for Medical school?

 

I'm curious to read what your opinion is :rollin
