CrimsonDreams
I was wondering what experiences you guys where having with obtaining a professional student line of credit for an Irish medical school from a Canadian bank. I'm currently shopping around to set up the line of credit but I am hoping to get some advice from people who already have some experience with this matter, and have already negotiated for lines of credit. leviathan
You should be able to get 200k at prime interest rate from any major bank. A co-signer will be required if you're studying outside of Canada. I went with Scotia, they offer their Passport Visa Gold and waive the annual fee. If you ask they might even give you the AMEX card, not sure on that.
Head Squeeze
The RBC credit expert I talked to said that they look if the institution is listed in this http://www.canlearn.ca/eng/tools/designated/index.shtml as a factor in approval. He also said that the max limit for international school is $150,
