Ie, even harder to get in? generally yes, although it is probably you would speak french if from there and qualify under that branch of things. Also, does the interview play a big factor in the final selection process? well in a holistic process no one is going to be able to exactly answer the first question unfortunately. All you are left with is trying your best etc. the interview is quite important it seems.
