Test Scores

hey everyone, do they update the "test scores" part of your application right away or later on? I submitted the MCAT THX request a while back but it hasn't updated yet, but it might be like OMSAS where they update it all later. Thanks!

No. Just received an email yesterday:

 

 

Dear xxx,

 

This email is sent in regards to your application to the Faculty of Medicine. If you are intending on submitting your application to the Faculty of Medicine for the Fall 2015 semester, the deadline for doing so is 11.59pm (CST) on October 1st 2014. After this time the system will prevent submission.

Please note that due to our new online application system we will be collecting and importing the MCAT scores to our system all at one time for all applicants on October 16, 2014.

If you have not done so already, please ensure that the MCAT scores for all the dates you listed on your application are released by October 15, 2014 in order for us to be able to access them. If you wrote the September 2014 MCAT you will need to go in and release your MCAT on October 15, 2014 in order for us to access these scores on October 16, 2014. Once scores have been received and uploaded to our system we will be updating your portal to indicate that your MCAT was received. This will be after October 16, 2014.

An email will be sent to you closer to the November 1 document deadline to let you know which score we have received as your highest score and to allow you to confirm for us that the correct "best" score has been added to your application. This will give us enough time to make any corrections or amendments if needed.
