Sgpa Calculation

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I'm sort of confused about how my GPA will be calculated on ORPAS. I took 10 courses in my third year, 9 in my fourth, and there are 3 more I took this year in a second degree that I already have a mark for. (so that means they would not need to use my second year grades, right? Because that adds up to over 20 half year courses?)

Does anyone have any idea of the formula I would use to get an estimate of my sGPA? (edit: if anyone knows how I don't mind sharing my grades over private messages!)

Thank you!

they take your last 20 credits no matter what those courses may be. So, yes those three courses will count.

And i calculated my sgpa using the orpas grade conversion tables. I just converted each course and then averaged everything afterwards.

Oh okay. In my case, I have 2 extra courses then (3+9+10). Are they included too, or is my third year just included as one whole average?

Thanks so much :)
