Thank you It's not really a survey they just ask you what program you want to be considered for if you don't pay the fee. It asks your ORPAS number and name as well. That's about it. I got the email because I didn't pay the fee so if it's not in your spam like Yellowhead mentioned, I'm guessing you're good. Like I said the email was basically so they can know what application to consider if you can't or don't pay the fee.
