905doctor Posted April 24, 2015 Report Share Posted April 24, 2015 I'll be starting my PGY-3 FM residency in July and am interested in applying for the EM fellowship in Canada that would allow me to be CCFP-EM. I'm originally from Toronto and a citizen in Canada. Could someone shed some light on this process for me as I'll be a PGY-3 applying for this? Also how competitive would it be? shimshim Posted May 12, 2015 Report Share Posted May 12, 2015 You can increase your chance by having a valid and strong reason stated in your Personal statement. Also you can for sure check out the repatriation program which will enable you to apply for these positions. Also both the CaRMS and the above will require a return of service.
