medhope15
If you assist a team with a project i.e.research prep/ editing/ journal reviews/ submitting protocols, carrying out the survey part of the study does this have any value in admissions since it's not a publication or something which you performed as a co-investigator. xcon2run
I think it does personally. Any time you get exposed to research or can contribute to a lab it should be able to go on your application. Pubs and conferences are great, but the majority of undergrads won't be exposed to these avenues of research unless they are working in a high output lab (things like epi) or somehow start working with a lab at the right time (have to be lucky!). Fleming
What you're describing is pretty much the extent of my research experience (beyond one summer of research project supervised by an MD). Obviously actually performing research is preferable, but being an RA still has value.
