kroye478
Hello, I was going over the form for the DAT, and there is a section where you have to choose which schools you want the results sent to. I was thinking of doing the DAT in February and I was wondering how long they would keep these results. I was going to apply to the University of Toronto and Western but I'm not exactly sure if I will apply next year for dental school. Thanks
Dannny
The DAT score is usually valid for 5 years, but if I were you I would ask my specific schools and the CDA (if you want to be 100% certain).
kldee
The DAT score is actually valid for two years, at least I know that is the case for Western.

Dannny, did you get into dental school finally? I remember seeing you on a different post about udem or ulaval dental school!!
kroye478
Thanks for the answer. So if I send the results to those schools they would hold on to them for two years until I actually apply for their dental schools? Also would if be a good idea to buy the preparation kit too? kldee
They won't hold the results, you'll have to re-send them, but they are only valid for two years. And unless you're doing carving, you don't really need the preparation took kit.
kroye478
Thanks for your help. I just have one more question. Does anyone know if the University of Buffalo require the Manual Dexterity Test?
