For in province applicants, is it much easier stats-wise than out of province?

If I live in Manitoba for one year, will I be considered a Manitoba resident?

The statistics for manitobans is about 100 accepted for 370 application while out of province is 5 accepted for 270 

 

No, to be considered manitobans, you need to have graduated high school here or completed a degree at one of our universities or have lived here or studied here for a minimum of two years at the time of application
