ENT

I've done a fair bit of work in ENT over the past 2 years, and from what I've heard recently, I think head & neck fellowships are only offered to trained otolaryngologists, but then again, maybe they still offer fellowships to general surgery at some places.

Regardless, ENT is an awesome field, with a good variety of medical and surgical problems seen every day. OR time here (Memorial) is well dispersed, and I think most surgeons are happy with their OR time.
