I know BMI is abbreviated as body mass index, it is used to measure the body fat based on weight and height. But I couldn't understand how to calculate BMI by myself. I have started surfing in net, by now I found how to calculate BMIFrom this website, I calculated my BMI rate where it has been given clearly in step by step process.
