I have to think here have been nicer condos put up since.......can anyone name some nice spots? MEDSHOUSING Posted July 14, 2016 Report Share Posted July 14, 2016 FYI: Luxe can be primarily undergrads... here is a listing that is a non student building..on Richmond Row, central to everything, Located next to Station Park Hotel, at Pall Mall (Ceeps) and Richmond. (Wellington runs right into it going north) Easy access to UH and Vic. by bus...(energetic walk to UH easy cycle to both along bike paths via Gibbon's.)
