Does that mean I will HAVE to show up to the exam if I don't cancel by this deadline? I was planning to rewrite to get higher than my 514, but at this point I don't think that's going to happen. I don't have the answer to your question but my golly what a sad sad world we Canadians live in that in order to be competitive we have to re-write a 514.
