Does anyone know if any company does this? I saw this book from in the McMaster bookstore today for CASPer which has sample responses to every question in there. If you're not in Hamilton, maybe try Amazon or Chapters/Indigo. https://www.amazon.ca/Casper-Sim-Mind-High-Yield-Word-Based/dp/1628908904/ As an aside, I was able to go over every single answer one of my answers to the online APE CASPer full length tests I did last year with them but they did not provide a "sample model response" you could read for every question. While, I think that is helpful when you're starting out to see after so many practice tests, you'll get a feel for what are better/ok/not so good responses and hopefully rely less on what other people have written.
