Completion of Graduate degree required?

i was wondering if anyone knew if completion of the graduate degree you are working on is required for admission if you are offered a spot. thanks. g.p.

Not as far as I am aware. In fact, there were a couple people in my class this year who were completing their masters while starting block 1. (Not exactly the workload I would have wanted, but they did it...)
