Well I just had an interview at a particular American Medical school I had applied to just for fun, so it was a good experience. But I think even if I do get in, I might wait until next year when I apply for a Canadian medical school.

Applying to a med school just for the heck of it or as practice for next year is a rather expensive and laborious way to spend your time. But hey, whatever works for you...

Smileykitty,

Do American med schools actually accept people that don't/won't have a degree at the time of matriculation? (you're in your third year, right?)

Don't have too much "fun". I would think that it would look bad to turn down an acceptance and then apply the next year (of course, Canadian schools might not find out that easily if you did that in the States).

What school was it, anyway?

There are a lot that say they take people with 90 credit hours (3 years), but I'm sure they look more favourably on those that have finished a 4 year degree. I guess completing a 3 year degree would help a bit.
