Guest JOI
Do you think the question above wants a specific example or broad example, i.e. my boss wasnt fair, discriminatory, but I coped with it by doing this and that; or something like: people would always think I was this and that, and I felt I had to live up to those expectations..thus there was a conlifct between my actual self vs. the perceived self? thanks, joi
Guest macmed
Hi, I just finished 1st year and I had to mark application essays. In my own opinion, I think a specific, concrete example is best. I felt I could get a better impression of who the person was. It is never good to be vague. Also make sure you answer the question with your response (you'd be surprised how many people twist it around and end up not even answering the question that was asked! Very important.)
