Guest IRNBRUD
Could one of the moderators provide details about the training required before registration. I need to take a CPR/First Aid course and thought I would try and take one that would meet the schools criteria "just in case" Thanks, IB
Guest MayFlower1
Hello IRNBRUD, You should get in touch with St. John Ambulance in your area. You need a CPR Level "C" and the first aid courses that go with it. You can do the whole thing in a single weekend. If you choose to join the brigade as a voluteer...the courses are gratis. If you're interested in details let me know. Peter
Guest peachy
The website is http://www.sja.ca ... I don't think there's any rush (the U of T site says that we don't actually need to be certified until AFTER first year?!) but I think I want to do it as soon as possible too
Guest IRNBRUD
Thanks Peter and Peachy! I'm not trying to jump the gun or anything...I have to take it for another activity and thought I would try to kill 2 birds so to speak... IB
