Edit: Things as we have seen, have been done a bit different this year...not sure if they sent out a 'renters guide' to all those who got an unconditional offer, but it sounds like they didn't do that....(last year offers and primary waitlisters got the whole acceptance package...indication that waitlisters on the primary list DO get in as has been said....so you may not have that resource at your disposal...)
