blueskyguy
Hi all, I've been reading on the different billing models that are available in Family Medicine. The ones I've come across are the "FHO/FHT" model and the "Fee-for-service" model. Could someone explain these, with the pros and cons of each? Also, I've come across people saying that the earnings of FM physicians in Ontario are being "capped"? Is this true? Could someone explain this? Does this have to do with certain billing models (i.e. the FHO/FHT model?). I'd love some clarification to set this stuff straight! Thank-you in advance.
