I wish I knew what the activity scores really mean... 4/17 doesn't say much. I'm unsure how to improve this.

I didn't get an interview last year and had a pretty low EC score but got an interview this year. I'd say a major change I made was making sure that each activity I includde had a distinct difference from the other entries. So even if I had 2 somewhat similar activities where I had a leadership role, in the description I made sure to highlight that in one of them I learned a lot about conflict resolution whereas in the other one I became good teaching others new skills. It seems that a diversity in activities is a pretty important factor.

Are you IP by any chance? If you are, are you able to post the averages for that pool?

I'm from Ontario. I'll keep the descriptions about the activities in mind for next time; I had someone ready over my application and they suggested the same thing.
