wallywest Posted March 24, 2020 Report Share Posted March 24, 2020 Just found out despite the rates slowly creeping up - I was able to lock down 2.49% on a 5 year fixed from CIBC . Every other bank quoted me higher. Great time to refinance and lock in the rates before they go up. Let me know if there is any interest for this . Didn't know there were special mortgages for healthcare professionals. Why would it go up? Aren't they expected expected to lower with the current economic situation?
