Transcript From McMaster

Hi everyone,

I'm from McMaster and I'm requesting official transcripts to send to med schools. The transcript request page mentions that I should "include the reference number/application numbers to your address line when ordering your transcripts". I don't really know what that means. Did any McMaster students do anything special on their request form because of that sentence?
